Jak rozpoznać, że wewnątrz nas jest "obcy", który stopniowo nas zabija, i jak się go pozbyć?
Czy już jesteś zakażony?
Każdy może zarazić się pasożytami, niezależnie od wieku i częstotliwości mycia rąk. Przyczyną może być transport publiczny, kolega z pracy, liczenie pieniędzy, zwierzę domowe lub jedzenie na mieście. Szanse na uniknięcie zakażenia są praktycznie zerowe, rozumiecie?

Pasożyty żyją na nasz koszt. Niszczą tkanki łączne, migrują po całym ciele, pozostawiając trujące toksyczne ślady. Pij tylko przegotowaną lub oczyszczoną wodę.
Jedz tylko sprawdzoną żywność – dokładnie przetwarzaj mięso, drób i ryby. Warzywa, owoce, jagody i zielenię myj wodą, spłukując następnie przegotowaną.
Zwierzęta i owady to groźni nosiciele. Należy odrobaczać zwierzęta domowe dokładnie zgodnie z harmonogramem ustalonym z weterynarzem, a także unikać kontaktu z dzikimi zwierzętami. Używaj środków przeciw owadom.
Zapobieganie – lepiej jest używać produktów pochodzenia naturalnego bez dodatków syntetycznych.
